Ordering

Do I need an account to purchase?

No. You can check out as a guest. We recommend registering so you can access your order history and product keys anytime at officeandwin.com/account/login.

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, add your product to cart, and checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Payment is processed securely — no account required.

Can I purchase in bulk?

Yes. We fulfill up to 5 keys per product instantly. Orders above 5 keys may take a few minutes to a few hours. Orders above 10 keys may take up to 12 hours. For large orders, contact us in advance so we can prepare your order.

Which edition do I need?

Not sure? Use the edition finder on our homepage — it asks 2 questions and points you to the right license. Buying the wrong edition is the most common issue we see, so please check before purchasing. Wrong-edition purchases are non-refundable once the key is issued.


Delivery

How will I receive my product key?

All products are delivered digitally via email, usually within minutes of payment confirmation. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. Your key is also saved in your account order history if you registered.

How long does delivery take?

Instant for standard orders (1–5 keys). Allow up to 12 hours for large bulk orders. There are no physical shipments — no USB drives, no postal deliveries.


Activation

My key isn't activating — what do I do?

The most common cause is an invisible space copied along with the key. Type the key manually or paste it carefully. If you confirm the key itself is failing, email support@officeandwin.com with your order number and we'll replace it promptly.

Is the software genuine?

Yes. Every key we sell is a genuine Microsoft digital license. OFFICEANDWIN LLC is a listed Microsoft Partner — verify our listing here. Activation is done directly through Microsoft's servers.


Refunds & Replacements

What is your refund policy?

30-day monetary refund: If your key is defective and we cannot replace it, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Lifetime key replacement: After 30 days, we no longer issue cash refunds, but we will replace any defective key for the lifetime of the software product — free of charge.

I bought the wrong edition — can I get a refund?

Once a key has been issued, we are unable to exchange it for a different product or issue a refund for wrong-edition purchases. Please use our edition finder or contact us before purchasing if you're unsure.

My key worked before but stopped activating.

This is covered under our Lifetime Key Replacement warranty. Email support@officeandwin.com with your original order details and we'll issue a replacement.
