2. How the "Lifetime Replacement" Works
This is the core of our service. If your license key becomes technically invalid or "goes bad" during the lifetime of the software product, we replace it.
The Simple Rules:

- The issue must be technical (e.g., the key is blocked or fails to activate).
- You contact our support team, and we issue a fresh key immediately after verification.
3. Refund vs. Replacement (Important)
We want to be transparent about how we handle money versus software.
If you want your money back to your bank account, you must request it within 30 days of purchase. This adheres to global consumer protection laws.
After 30 days, we no longer offer cash refunds, but we never stop supporting you. If your key breaks, we replace it for free, for the lifetime of the product.
4. Exclusions (When we can't help)
To keep this service sustainable for all customers, the Lifetime Replacement does not cover:
- Wrong Purchases: Buying the wrong version (e.g., Mac vs. PC) and trying to return it after viewing the key.
- User Error: Issues caused by your computer's hardware failure or viruses, rather than the key itself.
- End of Life (EOL): If the software manufacturer (e.g., Microsoft) officially discontinues the product and turns off their activation servers globally, we cannot generate new keys for that specific obsolete product.
5. Regional Rights
